Wrapping up notes from Ibogreen's group meeting
At IboGreen, we always provide the safest protocol with respect to every client. As a team, we "pre-think" potential problems from all potential angles of possible adverse scenarios such that we know how to respond accordingly should they ever occur. At IboGreen, nothing adverse with our Ibogaine administration has ever gone awry with any of our clients.
This stated, should an irregular problem arise, I am more than fully confident that our staff has optimal awareness of how to calmly handle any emergency situations to ensure the best outcome.
During the first 12 hours of the Ibogaine administration, known as the critical period, the patient is hooked up to a heart monitor and we have a defibrillator within closest proximity possible. Each client has an IV line inserted (typically into the arm) such that if any medications are needed to be administered, they can be done so at the most expedient pace.
IboGreen's surgical level MD is present for the entire first 12 hours throughout the treatment process. The ambulance including 2 paramedics is located within one block's distance of the occurring Ibogaine treatment. They are also present for the entire first 12 hour duration of the critical period.
(FOR THE DELUXE PACKAGE, THE PRIMARY MD IS WILLING TO STAY FOR 24 HOURS BEYOND THE CRITICAL 12 FOR AN ADDITIONAL RATE FOR HIS HOURLY TIME)
One of the paramedics utilized by IboGreen has the most advanced training possible in Baja, Mexico. He is an EMT-Paramedic level III. The 2nd paramedic we often use is an EMT-Paramedic level II. Dependent upon a client's time frame of stay, 2 out of approximately 15 paramedics may be used whom are all familiar with Ibogaine. More often than not, we use the same 2 paramedics.
IboGreen has all the necessary medication precautions at our disposal including: Adrenaline: C9H13NO3, Magnesium Sulfate: MgSO4, Atropine, Valium: C16H13ClN2O, Ameodirone: C25H29I2NO3.
Nothing of the sort has ever happened before,
The following information is only stated to educate you in advance should an event transpire where a client would need emergency transportation to a hospital. If this scenario were to happen, the ambulance takes the government regulated expedited path directly to the secondary station at the border crossing.
At this point, dependent upon how critical the client's situation is with respect to time, the ambulance will bring the client directly to Scripts Hospital in Chula Vista, and/or an American ambulance will meet the Mexican ambulance at the border juncture. The ladder would happen if the client is not in critical condition.
TO REPEAT, THIS INFORMATION IS IN NO WAY MEANT TO SCARE YOU. WE BELIEVE IBOGAINE TO BE A VERY SAFE MEDICINE WHEN ALL THE PRECAUTIONARY STEPS ARE FOLLOWED. THEREFORE, WE SHARE WITH YOU THAT WE HAVE ALL THE PRECAUTI0NARY STEPS IN PLACE :)
WE SHARE WITH YOU BECAUSE WE LOVE YOUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS, HUSBANDS AND WIVES, SISTERS AND BROTHERS, MOTHERS AND FATHERS AND WE WANT EVERYONE TO RETURN HOME WALKING NEW WONDERFUL PATH IN LIFE.
