She also leads gentle flow movements. When clients depart from IboGreen, they often sign up for a 5 week therapy package via skype or google chats. It has been noticed that this weekly accountability dramatically increases maintaining sobriety from a psychological perspective. Lily attended the 2017 Ibogaine Conference in Vienna, Austria.
At our clinic, there are amazing and prestigious Emergency Room, surgical level MDs who oversee the Ibogaine administration process of individuals seeking treatment. Our primary MD typically meets with the client on the day of his/her arrival or the day to follow (dependent upon arrival time). The doctor oversees medication supplementation prior to Ibogaine and reviews bloodwork (primarily liver enzymes) and EKG results. He determines one's Ibogaine flood dose and assists in the first 12 hours of the Ibogaine, the more critical period of the plant medicine's administration. For 36 hours, the client is supervised by a Nurse/EMT and supplemental caregivers are present for 100% of a client's stay at IboGreen.
Each MD has graduated from a reputable doctoral program in Baja California. Different MDs have various specialties. For example, we work in collaboration with a cardiologist who is familiar with Ibogaine and its effects should a patient's EKG return with abnormal results. If a central line is needed due to shot out or rolling veins, IboGreen has a specialized MD who places a portacath for precautionary measures.
